About the Position

We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time CT-licensed LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPCA, or LPC to join us at The Hive Counseling in Oxford, CT

Key Resonsibilities

• Conduct individual or family therapy sessions with clients to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Collaborate with clients to develop treatment goals and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide clinical assessments, case management, and progress notes in accordance with state and ethical standards.

• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, if applicable.

• Attend ongoing professional development and training to maintain licensure.

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited program.

• Licensed in Connecticut.

• Experience providing individual therapy, preferably in a private practice or similar setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical standards.

• Availability to provide services to a caseload of 6-20 clients per week.

• Liability insurance required (can be discussed if needed).

Job Summary

As a clinician at Hive Counseling, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse client base. You will be responsible for conducting individual therapy sessions, assessing client needs, creating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. The role is flexible and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience, on a bi-weekly pay schedule.
