Intake (60-90 minute appt) $225

1-hr therapy session $175

45-min therapy session $150

Family therapy without patient present $125

Family therapy with patient present $150

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  At this time, we accept Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, Oxford, United, Optum, Tricare, and Connecticare. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. All major debit/credit cards are accepted for payment, including FSA/HSA. A credit card must be kept on file for copays, deductibles, out of pocket costs, and no shows. A $35 failed payment fee will be charged for any payment that does not process. Additionally, a $35 late fee will be assessed if payment is not made within 5 days of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or if you have not given us 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule, you will be required to pay $65 for the session.
